SGI Driver’s Handbook
Are you a learner driver and never had driving licence in your life or have not held a Saskatchewan driver’s licence within the past five years? You have come to right place. Driving is a shared responsibility and a privilege, not a right! So, in order to become a safe, confident and a defensive driver, SGI has created this sgi driver’s handbook to teach you like traffic sign and signals, the rules of the road, driving in different weather conditions, like snow, rain and fog, sharing the road with other vehicles, pedestrians and bicyclists.
This Saskatchewan driver’s handbook also covers the advanced defensive driving tips, techniques and skills such as IPDE (Identify, Predict, Decide, Execute) so that you can keep scanning the road and performing your VSP (Visual Search Pattern) for better judgement. By performing this advanced skills, you can predict what other drivers might do, and then how to respond safely in the moment.
